On September 26, the groundbreaking ceremony for CDTL’s headquarters base and the “Annual Production of 20,000 Sets of Distributed Drive Systems and EMB Project” was held.
The project covers an area of approximately 30 acres, with a construction volume of approximately 51,968 square meters. It aims to create a smart factory focused on distributed drive mass production, thereby enhancing the company’s production and processing capabilities for distributed drive and EMB, and ensuring a continuous and stable product supply to downstream customers.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Luo Xunqiang, Chairman of Times Electric, delivered a speech, stating that the launch of Times Electric’s “Annual Production of 20,000 Sets of Distributed Drive Systems and 100,000 Sets of EMB Project” is an important milestone in Times Electric’s development and a crucial part of the company’s globalization strategy. It will help the company achieve rapid breakthroughs in production capacity, brand image, and market channels, further enhancing its global competitiveness.

Subsequently, Liu Yong, Deputy General Manager of Zhejiang Third Construction, delivered a speech on behalf of the construction team, stating that they would devote themselves to the construction with a decisive attitude to ensure the smooth progress and perfect delivery of the project.

Amidst enthusiastic applause, Mr. Xu Feng, Executive Director and President of Xingzheng Capital, the lead investor in the first round of financing and a shareholder representative of Times Electric, delivered a speech for the project. He highly praised the company’s achievements in the field of drive-by-wire chassis technology for new energy vehicles, saying, “In just a few years, Mr. Luo led his excellent team to take the most cutting-edge drive-by-wire chassis technology from initial testing to commercial mass production, and from breakthroughs in single scenarios to full-scale development in multiple scenarios, laying the foundation for multiple milestones in distributed drive-by-wire chassis technology in China and even globally.”
