With two major production bases in Hangzhou and Suizhou, the company has established a modern manufacturing system covering a total area of over 40,000 square meters. The Hangzhou base serves as our core facility, equipped with comprehensive production lines for heavy-duty truck axles, bus axles, and other critical components.
Meanwhile, the Suizhou base has simultaneously achieved scaled production capacity for heavy-duty truck axles. Our production lines deeply integrate automated technologies such as robotic gluing and EOL(End-of-line) intelligent testing, enabling digitalized control throughout the entire assembly process. Currently, the Hangzhou base possesses an annual production capacity of 20,000 sets of distributed drive systems and 100,000 sets of EMB systems, while the Suizhou base achieves an annual capacity of 3,000 units. This ensures stable fulfillment of multi-variety batch delivery requirements for global customers.
