CATL, CDTL, and Xingchen Automotive met in Suizhou, the “Capital of Special Purpose Vehicles,” to sign a cooperation agreement.

Hu Yang, Customer Director of the Heavy Industry Business Unit of CATL, Hu Jingli, Chairman of Xingchen Automotive, and Cui Pujin, General Manager of CATL Electric Technology (Hubei) Co., Ltd., signed the agreement on behalf of their respective parties. Wu Yingming, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CATL, Ding Aijun, General Manager of CATL South China Region, Ma Zejiang, Secretary of the Suizhou Municipal Party Committee, Hu Zhili, Deputy Secretary of the Suizhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, Wu Pihua, Standing Committee Member of the Suizhou Municipal Party Committee and Executive Vice Mayor, Jiang Hao, Secretary of the Zengdu District Party Committee, He Sheng, Deputy Secretary of the Zengdu District Party Committee and District Mayor, Qiao Pengfei, General Manager of the Central China Region of the Zero Carbon Ecological Business Unit, Cheng Wenhua, General Manager of the CATL Qiji Strategic Project Department, and Luo Xunqiang, Chairman of CATL Electric, and other leaders attended and witnessed the signing.

Wu Yingming, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CATL; Ding Aijun, General Manager of CATL South China Region; Ma Zejiang, Secretary of the Suizhou Municipal Party Committee; Hu Zhili, Deputy Secretary of the Suizhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor; Wu Pihua, Standing Committee Member of the Suizhou Municipal Party Committee and Executive Vice Mayor; Jiang Hao, Secretary of the Zengdu District Party Committee; He Sheng, Deputy Secretary of the Zengdu District Party Committee and District Mayor; Qiao Pengfei, General Manager of the Central China Region of the Zero Carbon Ecological Business Unit; Cheng Wenhua, General Manager of the CATL Qiji Strategic Project Department; and Luo Xunqiang, Chairman of CATL Electric, attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.

According to the agreement, the three parties will focus on cooperation in various areas, including the development of new products in the special-purpose vehicle industry, technological project breakthroughs, standard setting, market promotion, after-sales service, and investment and financing. Through this cooperation, the three parties will leverage their core three-electric system technologies and the resource integration advantages of the entire special-purpose vehicle manufacturing industry chain to jointly explore the most comprehensive range of segmented business scenarios globally, thereby contributing to the upgrading and transformation of the special-purpose vehicle industry.
